You've battled peak hour traffic to race back, pick everyone up, arrive home, helped with homework, cooked dinner, done a load or two of washing, bathed the kids, read bedtime stories, and finished extra work from the office. Then, you've showered, put on your pj's and fallen into bed. It's 11:30. You're exhausted. Hubby doesn’t get a look in tonight. And, in about six-and-a-half hours you'll begin the whole 24-hour cycle again.
